Digital Products

INDELIBLE sells digital stationery and related digital design products. Unless specifically stated otherwise in a product description, no physical product will be shipped.

Please review the product description carefully before purchasing to make sure the product meets your needs.

Canva Templates
Some INDELIBLE products are provided as editable Canva templates. A Canva account is required to access and edit these products. Customers are responsible for ensuring they can access Canva and use its platform before purchasing. INDELIBLE is not affiliated with or endorsed by Canva, and Canva’s own terms and policies apply when using its services.

Personal Use License

Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the purchased digital product for your own personal use.

You may use purchased stationery for your own wedding or personal event and may print the files for that purpose.

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, or give away the digital files

  • Upload the files to another website, marketplace, or file-sharing platform

  • Claim the designs as your own

  • Use the designs to create products for resale

  • Modify the designs for commercial resale or distribution

  • Reproduce any INDELIBLE design, in whole or in substantial part, for commercial purposes

All copyrights and intellectual property rights remain the property of INDELIBLE unless otherwise stated.

Product Appearance

Colors may appear differently depending on your monitor, device, printer, paper, and printing method. INDELIBLE cannot guarantee that printed colors will exactly match the colors displayed on your screen.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, file specifications, dimensions, and other relevant information before purchasing.

Printing

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for any printing associated with digital purchases unless a product description specifically states otherwise.

INDELIBLE is not responsible for the quality, color accuracy, trimming, paper selection, production errors, or other issues resulting from a third-party printer or printing service.

Payments

Payments made through this website are processed through the payment services available through Squarespace Commerce and its third-party payment processors.

INDELIBLE does not directly store complete credit card information.

Refunds and Cancellations

Because INDELIBLE products are digital, purchases are generally considered final once the digital product has been delivered or made available for download.

Intellectual Property

All original INDELIBLE designs, artwork, graphics, branding, photographs, product imagery, website content, and other creative materials are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Purchase of a product does not transfer ownership of the design or its copyright to the purchaser.
